Southern Belle Precious Syrah

Southern Belle “Precious” Syrah is a richly layered wine that gains added depth and character from aging in Pappy Van-Winkle bourbon barrels. These barrels, previously seasoned with bourbon, impart subtle yet distinctive notes that complement the varietal’s natural intensity without overpowering the fruit.

The nose opens with ripe blackberry and black plum, lifted by aromas of violet, vanilla, toasted oak, and cracked black pepper. On the palate, the bourbon barrel influence reveals itself through hints of caramel, baking spice, and a gentle smoky sweetness, integrating seamlessly with the wine’s dark fruit core.
