Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy

• Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday will be shipped out same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders under $200.00 will be charged a $7.00 S&H fee. 
• Orders over $200 will have free shipping.
• In-store pick up orders will be ready within 30 minutes of order confirmation during our normal business hours.

Return Policy

We at Burners Cigar Co. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see the return policy below for specific item types. 

Tobacco & Pipe Products

Tobacco products (cigars, pipe tobacco) and/or pipes may only be exchanged under the following conditions:

1. The wrong items were shipped.
2. The items were received damaged.

In order to exchange tobacco or pipe products a request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Other Items

All other items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. All items to be exchanged must be unused and contain the original packaging. 

Please note that Burners Cigar Co. is not responsible for warranties issued by manufacturers. In order to file a warranty claim please contact the manufacturer directly.
